I came for the cafés
Some people choose their next destination based on landscapes or bucket-list landmarks.
Me? Sometimes I choose based on cafés.
When I’m in work mode, I’m not chasing adventure—I’m looking for rhythm. I need a place where I can sit down, settle in, and get into flow. A space that supports clarity and focus, not overstimulation.
So yes, before I go anywhere, I check the café scene. I look for good coffee, strong Wi-Fi, and gluten-free food that won’t leave me feeling off. I’ve found it’s also the fastest way to spot the digital nomad crowd—quietly working in corners, creating, building, writing.
This method has never let me down.
And Kraków? It wrapped me in a warm hug the moment I arrived.
The cafés were everything I needed. I found my rhythm, got through the deep work I came to do, and felt genuinely supported by the energy of this city. Now that the work is done, I feel that lightness again—that pull toward exploration.
It’s time for adventure.
And don’t even get me started on the history here—it’s rich, layered, and deserves its own moment. I’ll save that for a reel.
